Important #
If you do not find Simple Radio listed to cancel, it means you canceled your subscription already, or there’s no Active Subscription under the Account you are verifying.
If you are having trouble canceling your subscription, please refer to one of these troubleshooting pages according to your OS.

If you are an iOS user #
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions. (If you do not see Subscriptions, tap iTunes & App Store instead. Then tap your Apple ID, followed by View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. If you do not see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is canceled and will not renew.

If you are an Android user #
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store Google Play.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments and Subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.

About Cancelling #
- If you cancel a subscription you already paid, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.
- Canceling a subscription during a free trial period might end the access to the subscription’s perks immediately.
- After a free trial concludes, a subscription will automatically start unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless they’re canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
